There is a moon in the sky but you cannot take it in your hand. You can only catch the moon in the water. What you are longing for and suffering for is only a reflection. Give it up! Relax and be happy. Give up worldly stress and ask yourself: How long will I suffer? Tell your mind: Please, let me be in peace. My message is always the same: Find peace within yourself in order to bring this peace to the world.

From satsang during the Yoga Retreat in Fiji, February 2018 – Vishwaguruji explains the meanings of the traditional forms of blessing: prasad and tilak.

Edinburgh satsang, September 2017
